“A healthy outside starts from the inside”

Intent: A healthy body and a healthy mind is where happiness dwells. At Credence, wellbeing is at paramount and so follows the activities like ‘Dubai Fitness Challenge’, the ‘Wellbeing Census Survey’ and many more. A Kiwi fruit event was conducted in the same line on Sunday, 11th November 2018 in school by having ‘Zespri’ team to educate children of all grades Pre KG to Grade 9, about including fruits in their daily diets.

Experience: Our host shared the importance of the Kiwi fruit as it includes nutritional values like ‘Potassium and Vitamin C’. Followed by that was a small question and answer session as well singing a song on Kiwi. The Kiwi mascots entertained the children and finally they enjoyed a little surprise goodie bag.

Insight: In modern days, the choice of junk foods available can be quite tempting but understanding the significance of natural and super foods like fruits is essential and this is how we keep reminding the children about the importance of the same.
